Our Services

Scarce dollars amplify the need for expertise to enable transformative changes that reduce the costs of local governments. Public Performance Partners will provide boots on the ground resources to research, design, and assist in the implementation of best practices to public entities at the local level and fill a critical void left by a lack of state resources to otherwise do so.

Analysis & Planning

P3 associates will work with your team to assess and inventory likely areas in your organization for creating cost-saving efficiencies.  Our associates will then be able to lay out a plan for your organization to implement agreed upon strategies to enhance performance and cut costs.  Some of our areas of expertise include:

  • Procurement best practices
  • Benefits administration
  • Information technology
  • Collective bargaining
  • Real estate master planning
  • Ohio public construction laws
  • Fleet management
  • Crisis management

Project Management

After analysis and planning our team will use leading best practices to focus government partners on process improvement and project management.  We will use modern management techniques and systems to lead clients through each step of the project from start to finish.  Our project managers will ensure your organization achieves predetermined objectives of scope, quality, time and cost that meet the satisfaction of all stakeholders.  P3 will maintain all concept, planning and implementation documents and assist clients in tracking project outcomes including cost savings or other agreed upon metrics.

Collaboration

In Ohio, there are 88 counties, 1,308 townships, 613 public school districts, 88 public and private colleges and universities and at least 250 separate public library districts.  All of our associates at P3 have worked in the public sector on projects where collaboration across agencies and other divisions of government were key to eventual success.  P3 will utilize its research to determine where best-practice efficiency models can be implemented among local governments and will work to build collaborative networks among those entities to build trust and encourage partnerships.

Our team will use leading best practices to focus government partners on process improvement and regulatory reform, IT consolidation, health benefits management and structure, and collective bargaining assistance. Partners will develop concept and planning documents to enable constituents to envision how changes can occur. Industry-approved project management methods and templates will be used to standardize the management of the projects.
